Hi,
I received a text that my Rewards have been applied to my account. Then I get another text 3 minutes later that my plan did not renew because we did not receive payment. I am on an Autopay, and I do see my credit card in y account. So, why am I seeing this message?
The error message that is on my account states:

You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account details and they will care of this. Alternatively, you can try adding payment (plan cost - rewards/available balance) manually and your account might renew once you have enough funds to renew your plan.
