Not sure if I am missing something here
I *swear* a read an announcement about a new / improved self serve ticketing feature to resolve communications issues
But... WHERE is it???
I don't see anything and even asking Simon point blank (he offers to help really doesn't want me to contact mods heh) simply results in him opening up a blank email form?

@kav2001c, there has been an announcement about a future roll out of a ticketing system. Ever since, there have been raging debates about how that addressing current problems affecting customer service.

According to annoucement, target launch date is late August.
