Hello all,
I currently have a subscription that no longer fulfills my requirements. When i attempt to upgrade my subscription or change it, i am only offered two options that are not any different or better.
I wish to get the $29 30gb plan. Right now i pays $25 for 1gb. I feel like i could have a better subscription.
I have put in a service ticket, or what ever.

For future reference, when you ask questions related to service etc, ask them in the support forum, instead of the Lounge as that's were all support questions are and most members are active.

@grines: The subscription plan that you are talking about is only offered to new activations. However I suggest you contact the service agent through direct message at, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
While no guarantees, they might be able to change this for you.
