Hi there,
I can not connect to the network. Tried everything that was suggested. Could it be a falty
sim card?

When you say cannot connect, is it everything, calls, text and data?
Did it ever work?
Was this during initial setup?

Is your phone unlocked? If so, is your SIM actived?
If your phone is unlocked it may be that the SIM isn't actived. If so, try going here to activate it: https://activate.publicmobile.ca
If your SIM is actived but the phone isn't unlocked, then you'll have to get your phone unlocked either by your last phone company or by someone else.
If your phone is unlocked and the SIM is activated, then it could be either the way the SIM is put into the phone or it could be a weird error on PM's end?

Have you tried reinserting the sim and restarting your phone?
What phone do you have? It could be possible the phone is incompatible with the network. Do you have another phone you can use to test?
