Hello,
I ported my phone from Bell Nov 20th and its been 10 days already and still no response. I cannot receive incoming calls and it just go straight to voicemail, I use my phone for business and it's hard not getting calls from clients. Need it resolved ASAP, please and thank you.
Also if the activation day going to be changed because of the delay?

The old sim will run out at the end of the month. Thus I am really worried. Also, it seems there are messages I am not receiving with my old sim also.
I understand the situation and that the MOD are working hard to resolve the issue and I have been patiently waiting, it just seems to me they need more manpower and resources, maybe hiring tempory people to help to resolve the issues (they just received an influx of capital)
It's just Public Mobile did a good thing offering a great package thus getting the other carriers to take notice but the execution felt short and people are getting worried.

@LuBear Is your old SIM still active? I am wondering if it is still active could you still use it until this porting issue is taken care of. Do you know if your Bell account has been closed? Also the renewal dates have been adjusted to 90 days from when full service has been provided I have been told.
