Last year I purchased a SIM card from Public Mobile. This year I tried to register the same SIM card, but it is saying it is an invalid SIM card. Do I have to purchase a new card this year? Thanks.

Unfortunately, in that case, you cannot use this sim card. Sim cards cannot be reused. You can purchase a new one from Public Mobile's website or in-store through Walmart, K-mobile, or WOW Mobile.

And if it was never activated, it should work. If not, contact the moderators by sending them a private message.

Hi @Jarl,
Was the SIM card activated once already? If so, you will have to purchase a new SIM card as SIM cards cannot be reactivated again.
