I have to get a new one cause I broke phone and I now have and old second phone with new sim card and I want to set it up with same phone number adn dont know how to do it

I have a similar issue setting up a new sim because I lost my phone. I’ve tried the suggestions and have not been able to get a response from CS_agent. It’s been 2 days now
Is there a reason for no response or a trick to getting a response?

Then sign into your account and update the number under Profile.

very easy. Just login My Account or PM app with the same email you have been using to login PM system. Go to Profile page and click the pencil besides the sim card number and update. With the 2FA code, you won't receive it via sms as your old sim was broken. So click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose email or voicemail option to receive code
if you cannot login My Account, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
