Hello, I would like to activate my SIM card from last year with Public Mobile. I received this SIM card last year, but now when I try to activate it, I receive a message saying that this SIM card is already in use. The serial number of my SIM card is xxxxxxxxxxxxx. My active phone number was xxxxxxxxxxcccccccc. Should I now obtain a new SIM card?

I would say your sim card was already activated so I would purchase another one. At a Telus store much faster

Sim cards can only be activated once. Did you activate it before?
If you used it and had an account and canceled it, you have to purchase a new one. You can get it quicker and cheaper from Amazon if you have an account.
