Hi, I am Rachel, I am trying to help Peter to get his sim card activated, he is getting a lot of errors like this ..top up regarding approval ... I need some help with Peter.

@Rachel2020  check to see if the credit card was charged Rachel. If it was, put the sim into tje phone and try logging into Peter's self service account.  If not, Peter's SIM may be locked for attempts. wait 50 minutes from last attempt, clear your browser history,  go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate the SIM card.   Stay safe
