Shipping credit not added.

My shipping credit has not been added to my account. My simcard and account is activated on a plan.

Please help.

I just (in the last 30 minutes) rebated shipping charges to those who have sent emails to rebate@publicmobile.ca with their order and Public Mobile phone number. Not sure if one of those rebates was to you?

 

Also, the rebate is applied back via the same method of payment (eg. shipping charges paid by VISA, rebate back to VISA account) used to pay the shipping charges, not to the your Public Mobile account.
