Brand new to PM...I read that they are offering a refund on teh $10 shipping charge when you order your SIM. HOw do we get this credited to our account? Thanks!

This is what you get in your confirmation email after you ordered:
"To request your rebate, email rebate@publicmobile.ca with your SIM order number (see the subject line of this email) and your Public Mobile phone number included. We’ll issue your rebate within 7 days of the email being received."
