WHY IS MY SERVICE SUSPENDED. I PAID FOR MY PHONE ALREADY AND IT HAS NOT BEEN APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you had a legacy plan there seems to be an issue with plans not changing, you should contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here:

Can anybody help to get my problem fixed because my account shows suspended even I made payment two days ago. For 2 days it had been working fine.
