Hi All,
I moved to another carrier last week.
Public mobile cancelled my self-service (blocked be from logging in) but did not forget to make a monthly charge.
Now I am unable to cancel my pre approved payments.
How can I cancel monthly charge now and possibly dispute the latest payment?

Which date did you port out?
Which date was your payment due?
If the payment date was after your port out date and you will still charged, you will need to contact moderator.

If you ported your number out, your account would have been closed automatically and autopay stopped.
