SOS only

I have tried everything and my husbands phone and my phone are still on SOS only since this morning

if both phones are showing SOS, there is a chance it is a local network problem.  Check Telus outage page

https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

If no local outage, make sure you check your My Account to confirm if service is still active

Last, ask PM to check and help
