@334lll , what do you mean your SIM is blocked. Perhaps your account is suspended due to non payment. Anyway, if you want to reach out to support, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.

"blocked" as in you need a PUK code to unlock the sim? or your account is not working?
open a ticket with PM. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
