Pass all process in registration. But  SIM is locked . My  registration PIN code is not works . what to do ?

If your phone is a Samsung you might be able to get an unlock code from the Samsung website via a chat

Your phone is locked to the old carrier. You need to ask them for unlock code.

Sim pin password or sim network unlock pin?  The account pin is not for typing into phone.
