If your phone supports ESIM, just purchase E-SIM from the app, it will be fast and cheaper

a quick way is to get a new PM sim card from local stores, just login the account online and update the sim card number
or if you want, ask support to check first. But you need to open ticket first and they will reply your community inbox

i have tried 3 devices, no luck the sim card worked for 5 min and then stopped, something to do with the sim card for sure.

your sim card, did you reboot the phone? can you try it on another phone? is this for new activation?
