I just activated a new SIM card, the money was taken from credit card, I received (8!) emails confirming me the activation and yet, it's not working.

I don't think we have to include that note about the 24-48 hour reply time anymore, at least not until there's another major promotion. The assistance backlog from the Freedom-targeted promo never got worse than a few days and we are more than two and a half weeks past the end of that deal.  I can see that moderator response is fairly quick now, when they do reply directly to threads.

Unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.
