SIM activation error

Hello, we activated a sim card but it came up as an error and asked me to get help from here. Can you assist?

 

ERROR MESSAGE:  Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help" Target="_blank">email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This problem is totally different.  The activation portal has no way of determining whether a SIM card is defective.

You may want to go to London Drugs, Walmart, or one of the other stores and see if the SIM can be restored on that end.  I'm not sure if this will help, but it's worth a shot.

@dwireless, did you retry in a different browser, in Incognito/privacy mode?  If you did not get past the payment part, it should be safe to re-try.  Otherwise, you might need to contact the moderator team (via private message), and ask for them to help you out.  They are a bit backlogged, so it could be a day or two until they respond.
