SIM UNLOCK PIN

I purchased used unlock device. B It works perfectly with bell sim card but when I insert public mobile sim card it requires SIM UNLOCK PIN.
How can I get sim unlock pin?

It's not a Samsung thing. It's Android. Most brands call it that.

@RosieR i think Samsung is the only one that asks for a sim unlock pin, when locked to a certain carrier. it's actually "sim network puk". other brands use "no service, invalid sim or sim not supported etc".
the description of the customers issue, is what led me to assume it was a samsung.

@Vaibhavpatel Sounds like the device was used not not unlocked. It needs to be unlocked by the provider that locked before you can use it with PM.

Contact Bell to have it unlocked.
There is no charge for it.
