Hi,
I was in the process of porting my number over to Public Mobile and activating my new SIM. I had gotten to the payment page and received a message from credit card company that I was charged for my plan, but the page froze and failed to go to the Summary page. My SIM isn't activated and my number hasn't been ported yet. I tried to activate again but the page now says my SIM card number is invalid and I can't log in to the Self-Serve probably due to my registration not being completed. Any help? 😞

TRY TO REGISTER AGAIN.ONCE U HAVE ACTIVATED THE SIM PLEASE EMAIL THE PUBLIC MOBILE WITH YOUR NUMBER AND PIN.THEY CAN HELP YOU TO PORT THE NUMBER.MAKE SURE TAT U DONT DEACTIVATE THE CUREENT NUMBER.
