why you guys cancel my service, i can't even log in, now I don't even have access to the account

As @Luddite stated, you will need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent right away. Be sure to include your Name, Phone Number, and details of your issue.
If you can't login to self-serve (My Account), there might be an issue with your password. Have you tried resetting your password? Hopefully you will be able to get your service up and running soon.
