G'day Fellow PM Users,
My initial 3 month contract ended on December 24th and was auto renewed via CC on December 25th. According to my dashboard I am elidgible for 7 dollars worth of rewards. However upong checking my CC statement I was charged the entire amount without any form of rewards?
I'm rather upset by the mistake. What can I do to rectify this?

Is the credit card amount the plan cost (in full) plus taxes, or just a value that is the discounted price plus tax?

As others have said, Mods will have to take a look into this.
Do you see the reward when viewing the transction history?
