Reward Points

When my husband tries to access his reward points in his Public Mobile account he is redirected to my reward points (in my account). Is this because our accounts are tied together? I thought that our reward points would be separate? Please clarify. Thank you!

You should logout on the website so he can login on his account using he email address and password.

The best thing to do is to download the PM on each of your phone and login to your own account but remember to click on trusted device so you will access your account right away.

Browser cache problem.  Login again using browser with incognito mode or use a different browser
