Hi,
I need to access/retrieve my public mobile account number but not having success. I have tried to use the forgot my password feature on the website a few times ; the link is sent to me to do that, but when I click on it, it says that it has expired even though I click on the link as soon as it is sent. I also cannot remember my PIN, so I cannot reach them by phone.
I need to take advantage of the Koodo offer before it expires on March 31st.

@DMarty you need to message the modsto reset your password. as you see the feature is broken.
