The username in settings is wdsmth337. My records show it should be WmDavid .It will not accept My new password xxxxxxx Can this be resolved?

I'm confused with what you're asking. You are logged in and have posted under the username WmDavid. What is wdsmth337? Where do you see that?
The login for the service account is an email address.

@WmDavid - this is a public forum, and we are all customers/members like you here. You should probably remove that personal information (password) from your post. Click the top right down arrow to edit your post.
Note that there are different login credentials for different accounts online with Public Mobile
