Remove Voicemail

Hi,

I need to "remove" voice mail entiredly from my current plan as i have this forwarded to my work phone and the voice mail stops the call from being forwarded.  

How is this done?

@popping  thanks for heads up. I'll admit this one I read up to "I need to remove voicemail entirely" .... Did not bother reading the rest. That one bit me in the buttocks 😂😝

I am not sure whether the phone need to be charged 24/7. 

I think PM will forward your call when your number is not reachable.  I am aware of the thread for call forwarding while in US.  My interpretation is that the number is unreachable if the phone is turned off.

Did you unconditionally forward your calls @afoote30 ? I can't understand why voicemail is picking up if the number is unconditionally forwarded? Thanks.

OP wants to forward calls to work phone.  Setting extended absence is not what OP wants.
