Did yuou already activate your service? If you have already actrivated your service, there is no need to create a Self Serve account unless you activated quite a while ago and did it at a retail store. If that's the case, you would need to submit a ticket through the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to get a cuistomer support agent to create the Self Serve account.
