I have decided to stay with my existing carrier. i have paid and received my sim card but have not yet activated my account.

Why the change of heart? I just switched, I was nervous of it at first but so far no regrets. Pretty new though.

Sorry,but in cases where customers change their minds, there are no refunds. Please remember that all sales at Public Mobile are final.

Most likely you will not get a refund as Public Mobile is prepaid, but you are welcome to try you below to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
