Hi there,
I just activated my Public Mobile simcard, but I bought the wrong package! I wanted to click on texts and calls as well as data, but somehow just ended up buying the data 90 days. Can I refund it and purchase the package again?

Update: a very nice agent replied within a few hours and kindly changed my plan to the one I wanted!

Hi @annie___, you'll need to contact the @CS_Agent in a private message (feel free to use this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437)
Explain to them what happened and be sure to include your Public Mobile phone number & PIN. If you forgot your PIN you can give them 3 of the following in lieu
- Email
- Full mailing address
- Alternate phone#
- Your DOB
- Last payment amount & date
Hope they can get you sorted on the plan you wanted
