About referring a friend. What will happen if my friend no longer a public customer?

Best way to keep your referral to stay with PM is your support before and after your friend activation.  Make sure your friend knows how PM works, no call center etc.  Always available for questions after their activation.  Help them how to reactivate their account because of autopay issue etc.

You will no longer get your $1/month award. Even if their account goes into suspended/expires/unpaid status you will not receive the reward until they reactivate it.

If they cancel/lose(suspended for more than 90 days)/port their account and sign up again, you will only get the reward, if your friend uses your referral code again to activate the new account.
