My public phone number is 780-XXX-XXXX. and i was refered by Sungsam Heo 780-XXXX-XXXX but i forgot to put it during the time of activation. the associate talked with the channel care and he was told to send message on here.

Unfortunately you are not able to add it after you can speak to moderator See if they are able to help you out.

Referals can not be added after activation. There is no process to do this.
Sorry, but you're out of luck on this.

@hochimin111, Generally speaking, the referal MUST be entered at time of registration/activation. That said, if you want to ask a Public mobile employee about it, you need to send a private message to the moderator team.
