I just got a text from Public Mobile saying;
"Your refer a friend reward will be less on your next payment due to one of your friend's account inactivity"
I only have 2 referrals so I know that both of them are still with PM.
Is PM likely to fix this without much problem? I messaged a MOD already but I wanted to hear back from the community for reassurance as my renewal is coming up very soon.

They are both on auto pay so it should go through automatically. Has that happened to anyone before?

@Nebula Are you sure both of your referrals are currently on an active plan? If they delay the payment and their account goes into Expired status, referral rewards will be removed. Once they make the payment, your account will update itself.

Ask your refferal maybe they didn't top up their account
