A friend of mine used my Refer-a-Friend code open a account and subscribed $34/20GB plan a few days ago, however I don’t see the reward credit in the Rewards tab of my account, any idea?
by the way l, i am with the old rewards.

It sounds like they activate an eSIM rather than a regular SIM if they are waiting for a new SIM to arrive.
It doesn’t sound like they have an eSIM compatible phone.
Best they contact a CS_Agent.

He followed my referral link but seems something went wrong, I don’t get the message that you mentioned and my friend is waiting for the SIM card to be shipped to his place.

You should have got a text “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward” when your friend entered your referral code.
Double check with your friend on the referral code to see if it was entered correctly.
If not, they will need to private message a CS_Agent to have it corrected by clicking on the avatar then Message>pen/paper icon.
