so, you have an active plan? if you do, that just mean the system cannot find the correct account. You need PM to help you to log back into your account so you can update credit card
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

When logging in, my app doesnt show like yours. Mine is

You need to login to your account then go to Payment tab-Update Card Information.
To restore service if your account is suspended. You need to make a manual payment by going to Add Funds with Credit Card once the Card is updated.
