I just purchased a public mobile account/package and SIM card. Currently with bell. Bell says my phone (iphone7) is unlocked but still can’t get public card to work. Can someone help ??

Are you porting your old number over to PM or are you picking a new number?

try to click Reset Network Settings first
And do you have another phone to test the sim card? If still does not work, it could be a problem with sim card provision Easy fix for PM support but please engage them by messaging:
