Hi I need to change my email on my account that I am still locked out of and also my phone will not allow outgoing calls

Unfortunatily the MOD team takes long time to answer.
I have been waiting for 5 hours for PUK for a new SIM.
Not the best experience for a new PM user 😞
I have no cell phone now for the past five hours 😞

For those who have new accounts and are experiencing calling problems, it could be related to account set up. For that it might be worthwhile to reach out to the moderator team for assistance.
