Re-activating account

Hello, my partner deactivated his account a few months ago because he’s overseas. He wants to re-activate it, but in the meantime Oublic has implemented the OTP system. He can receive the texts because he needs his number re-activated, but he can’t sign in because he needs to receive a text, & it doesn’t give an option for receiving the OTP via email! We don’t know what to do.

No, I don’t think it’s been 90 days yet.

Unfortunately, if your partner have stop payment for 90 days or longer. The account will be closed, SIM rendered useless and number will be lost.

If it is less than 90 days, a payment is required to continue service.
