Are you trying to activate with Public Mobile but your SIM card is not arriving that was ordered through Public Mobile?
If you ordered a SIM card (or phone) and you have not received anything in about 10 business days then contact customer support to inquiry about your purchase.
Note: SIM cards can come regular Canada Post letter mail which does not have a tracking number.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

For phone and SIM card purchased through the Public Mobile website, look for the e-mail message advising you of shipment. If you click on the View Your Order link in that e-mail message, a tracking number (if available) is sometimes shown. However, especially for SIM card-only orders, a trackable service isn't always used.
