Looks like an app issue? Try resetting to default to use the default phone app 😊

you got that when you are in US using T-Mobile network?
what phone do you have?
and try connecting to AT&T or Verizon

It looks like a phone issue with the calling app you are using. Is your phone on the latest OS?
Try resetting the Network settings to see if that helps.
