Transfer my lucky number mobile to public Mobile

Hi. I am trnafering my Koodo to PM. downloaded app, entered SIM number, input card details and it says PAY NOW. but when I can trnasfer my number? I see no option.

Number transfer is after payment step.  So, pay first

and you tranfer from Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid?

if Postpaid, then choose porting and enter the Koodo account number.  But if Prepaid, you will have to pick a new phone number first, wait till activation done and ask PM to help to move the line from your Koodo Prepaid account
