how do I get my service working I can only call outgoing but not receive calls or send and receive texts

make sure you moved old sim card or disable old esim.  Then Reboot phone and reset network settings

If outgoing call works and just not incoming, it is a porting issue.  There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

I can't log in to my account as it requires me to get text confirmation and I can't receive texts
