I just switch to PM. And experience d de porting stuck issue. Sent private message to modulator, no response.
Would support ticket be different from private message?
How to resolve this porting stuck issue or it's a special problem for PM?

Using https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ is supposed to be faster beecause it helps the moderators prioritize issues and because they won't need to verify your identity in a separate step.
