Same issue after restart the iPhone during the lunch today.
Using e-sim. Don't know why it request PUK code after the restart. Never happened before.
Create the ticket 6 hours ago, still no response. /sigh...

Thanks for the advice.
I've been using a Public Mobile eSIM for a while now, but after a recent restart, my phone suddenly locked and is requesting a PUK code. Since this was entirely caused by a system glitch rather than user error, I don't believe I should have to pay extra for a new eSIM to fix it.

for eSIM, if you can login the app on the phone, you can get a new eSIM and it will resolve the issue
download the app on your phone and login. If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message
Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM.
Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $ and Install
