Happen to me also, charged me 3 times for one month!! NO, NO ADD-ONS. Tried to get my money back ten times. Pissed.

i have no problem with this company at all. I find it "luckier" to be here than the one you suggested
and if you are new activation and got charged multiple times every month, it could be you activated multiple times by accident. Sometimes people got and error and go back and then activated multiple another accounts
Just talk to support. If what they said not useful, ask them to pass on to senior support.

This happens a lot with public mobile, it's no accident. Over charged me three times, and I only got one month service! They pretend they can't find it or just delay over and over again. I provided them with every little tiny detail, and they keep asking stupid questions. I personally think everyone should just move over to Lucky Mobile or some other service where the company respects their customers.

it usually not hard to ask for money back if it they charged multiple times. But you sure no one in your family used your card to have another line?
you have been working with PM support agent on this? Why they not helping? what was the reason

Happen to me also, charged me 3 times for one month!! Called my credit card company, yes three charges for one month! Tried to get my money back ten times, tickets etc. Gave them all the details of transaction #'s and amounts... Support is completely useless if they already have your money!
Very very pissed.
