I purchase 1GB data but my data is not working. Anyone can help me

Please power off and on your phone. You may want to check your hardware

@rrajnish i checked my account i've active data and the setting setup is correct but i don't know why still not working

Please check the account first to confirm available data and then check the phone settings. You may want to follow the same process as before which enabled you to use your data

@haregu restart your phone. Turn it off, wait 30 seconds and restart it.  Stay safe.

I did everything before it was working but yesterday after i use all the data i purchased more but now its not working

  • toggle airplane mode on/off
  • restart your phone

Can you please check the settings on your phone and verify is "cellular data" is turned on.

@haregu  Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. Just go back in and try adding the add-on into your account and it should work.
