I have the same problem than you! No 5G or even LTE since 3 days days

The ticketing system is broken right now. 

Is talk and text working?

You might want to try network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords). 

Manually select LTE network.  Or 5G network (if in your area)

Yes of course 3 times since two days already and I don't have any answer from them...

have you open a ticket with PM yet?

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
