Same thing is happening to me, it says that a member of the team will call me short my but no news since noon. Could I have the number as well?

they won't really call you, you have to call them
I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
