I wish that I had seen these comments before I decided to switch to Public Mobile today. I have spent over 2 hours now going in circles. When I try to input my existing Koodo number to transfer to Public Mobile, I get a notice that it is "invalid"! When I try to submit a ticket, I end up with a blank (white) screen. This is terrible customer service!

416 is a toronto number, it can be ported into PM
but sounds like you have a Koodo Prepaid account. With Koodo Prepaid, you have to choose a new number to complete the activation first. Once you have the line activated and working, you will need to open ticket with PM agent and ask them to help port your line into PM manually
So, when you are done with the new line with the new phone number, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:
