Me neither. I am not getting a code delivered to my email after many tries, and cannot receive by text message either. Essentially, I'm locked out of my account since yesterday. Up to date credit card on file with money and account has been disabled since yesterday. ChatBot is headache and cannot answer simple questions. I had to create a new Community Account just to message here as the old account required SMS or email code to login in.
Do I have to switch to another company? I'm beginning to get tired of this crap.
